"I've had bbq all over from Kansas city to the Carolina's. Growing up in Texas i was spoiled with Terry Blacks and Texas style pit bbq. Forever I have been looking for something that was as mouth watering as it was tender. Look no more people hands down the best bbq in the Midwest and I would not hesitate to go toe to toe with the champ. The bbq is just the beginning of this flavor journey. The attention to detail, care and craftsmanship that goes into the homemade sides is fabulous. The sweet potato casserole just hits you in the face with a delicious smell and exquisite taste. I have yet to dine in but now that I have experienced this little gem, I will be sure and try and dine in the humble veteran inspired atmosphere. Get there early now that the secrets out they sell out quick. Plus you get the enjoyment of supporting a local small mom and pop restaurant. 10 out of 10 Absolutely fantastic"

"We used Dandy’s BBQ for our business Christmas party. Mandy was great and easy to work with! Even when we had to move the date due to snow storm. The food was good! They delivered it for us in warmers. Everyone raved especially about the brisket and beans! I loved the corn casserole and beans are next level! I also loved the “kids meals” they could provide for the kids with hot dog, chips, and cookie. It worked great!"

"We worked with Dandy’s to cater our family farm party, and it was a joy from beginning to end. From the start Mandy called me back the same day I sent my email, and she was really helpful in setting us up. We were able to pick the basics we wanted from their web menu and then add in extras as we went along. She put us on their schedule and once we had a head count she sent the invoice and billed us out. The day of the party Julie and John showed up right on time and set everything up exactly as we wanted and helped everyone get through the line. They were fun and friendly and made everything go really smooth. Service aside, the highlight was the quality of the food. We did the Loin and Briscut with added on Ribs and some chicken. Sides were the mac and cheese and beans with added Corn Bake and green beans. All were perfectly done and sauced just enough. We have had a lot of BBQ from all over the south and Dandy’s was easily as good if not better. The sides were really interesting, obviously recipes with more thought and care than your average corn and beans. To top it all off Mandy arranged for a cake from a local baker that they brought down for us. The decoration was exactly what we asked for an really well done with cute animals, corn, and tractor done in frosting with airbrushed farm. It was a really nice ending for the whole meal. We really enjoyed the whole experience and the folks at Dandy’s made the preparation easy and the party memorable. Thanks guys!"
